Before You Book
Everything you need to know before booking your session with PIXELGRAM.
For events and weddings, booking 4–8 weeks in advance is recommended. Portrait and graduation sessions can usually be arranged within 1–2 weeks depending on availability.
For outdoor sessions, we'll monitor the weather together and reschedule at no extra charge if conditions aren't suitable. Rain can also produce beautiful, moody shots — so sometimes we shoot anyway!
Portrait and graduation sessions typically yield 30–60 edited images. Events can produce 100–400+. Exact numbers are discussed and agreed on during booking.
Turnaround is typically 5–15 business days for portraits and graduations, and 2–3 weeks for events. Rush delivery can be arranged. You'll receive a link to your private online gallery.
Yes! Travel shoots within Ghana are available. For destinations outside Greater Accra, travel costs are added to the session fee — get in touch to discuss.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on or before the shoot day. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full deposit refund.
